    • A mobile communication apparatus comprises an anti-theft control circuit and a transmission control circuit. The anti-theft control circuit has an information management module and a security module. The information management module is used for storing a user personal database comprising at least one of a phonebook database, a schedule database, and an e-mail database. The transmission control circuit is used for transmitting data and/or signals. When the transmission control circuit receives a remote message, the security module examines whether the remote message is a predetermined legitimate remote control message; wherein if YES, the transmission control circuit sends out at least one record of the phonebook database, the schedule database, and the e-mail database to an electronic apparatus indicated by the remote message.

    • A mobile communication apparatus comprises a first SIM card, an anti-theft control circuit, a transmission control circuit, and a security module. The first SIM card is engaged with the mobile communication apparatus and has corresponding first identification information. The anti-theft control circuit has a SIM-card-detection module and an information management module. The SIM-card-detection module is used for detecting whether the first SIM card is replaced by a second SIM card and generating a corresponding detection result. The information management module is used for storing the corresponding first identification information, predetermined contact information, and a user personal database. The transmission control circuit is used for transmitting data and/or signals. The security module provides a data security class. When the SIM-card-detection module generates the detection result, the transmission control circuit will send a notice signal according to the predetermined contact information, and when the security module receives the detection result, a data security procedure in the security module is enabled to protect the data in the user personal database according to the set data security class.

    • A method and a mobile unit for transmitting and for receiving contact information are provided. A memory for transmission stores a profile datum and a multimedia datum of the contact information. An encoder retrieves the profile datum and the multimedia datum from the memory, encodes the profile datum in a first format into a first file, and encodes the multimedia datum in a second format into a second file. A transmission unit transmits both of the first file and the second file. A receiving unit receives a first file and a second file. A processor determines whether the first file and the second file comprise the profile datum and the multimedia datum, and generates a signal if yes. A decoder decodes the profile datum in the first format and decodes the multimedia datum in the second format in response to the signal. A memory for receiving stores the decoded profile datum in a first location based on the first format and the decoded multimedia datum in a second location based on the second format.
