摘要： A touch three-dimensional grating and a display device are provided. The touch three-dimensional grating includes an upper substrate, a lower substrate, a plurality of first strip electrodes, and a plurality of second strip electrodes, wherein in a touch time period, a part of the plurality of first strip electrodes serve as touch driving electrodes, and a part of the plurality of second strip electrodes serve as touch sensing electrodes, in a three-dimensional display time period, a part of the plurality of first strip electrodes serve as first three-dimensional driving electrodes, and all of the plurality of second strip electrodes serve as another three-dimensional driving electrode; or, a part of the plurality of second strip electrodes serve as second three-dimensional driving electrodes, and all of the plurality of first strip electrodes serve as another three-dimensional driving electrode.

摘要： An OLED display panel, a packaging method thereof, and an OLED display device are provided. The OLED display panel comprises a substrate and a cover plate opposite to the substrate. An OLED device is provided on the substrate. The cover plate is attached onto the substrate so that the OLED device is located between the substrate and the cover plate. A packaging structure is provided between the substrate and the cover plate. The packaging structure surrounds periphery of the OLED device to hermetically package the OLED device in a dry and anti-oxidation manner. The packaging structure provided in periphery of the OLED device between the substrate and the cover plate in the OLED display panel can not only absorb moisture and oxygen well, but also hermetically package the OLED device more tightly, thereby protecting the OLED display panel against erosion of moisture and oxygen and ensuring better hermetical packaging effects.

The array substrate of the present invention includes: a base substrate, on which a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines are provided; shielding electrodes, which are provided above and electrically insulated from the data lines, and the shielding electrodes at least partially cover the data lines; first electrodes, which are provided in the same layer as the shielding electrodes and are electrically insulated from the shielding electrodes; second electrodes, which are provided above and electrically insulated from the first electrodes, wherein, the shielding electrodes are applied with a shielding voltage signal, the second electrodes are applied with a stable voltage signal, and no electric field or weak electric filed is formed between the shielding electrodes and the second electrodes.

摘要： The embodiment of the present invention discloses a touch unit, an array substrate, a liquid crystal cell substrate and a touch display device. The touch unit comprise a plurality of touch sub-units, each of which comprising a sensor thin film transistor (TFT), an sensing capacitor, a reading induction line and a memory capacitor, the capacitance of the memory capacitor being less than that of the sensing capacitor. Due to the memory capacitor is added to stabilize the voltage of the sensor TFT, the interference of noise upon the voltage of the sensor TFT is reduced, thus effectively improving the signal stability of the touch unit.
