摘要： The present disclosure discloses a pixel unit driving circuit, a driving method, and a display apparatus, wherein the pixel unit driving circuit includes a light-emitting device, a driving transistor, a first switching transistor, a second switching transistor, a third switching transistor, a fourth switching transistor, a first capacitor, and a second capacitor. The pixel unit driving circuit is driven in a stepwise manner by the turn-on/off of the switching transistors in cooperation with the charging of the capacitors, so that a driving current of the driving transistor has no relation to the turn-on voltage Vth of the driving transistor, and in turn the evenness of a current flowing through the light-emitting device is guaranteed so as to achieve the evenness of the luminance of the light-emitting device.

摘要： A pixel compensation circuit includes a data signal writing module, a high voltage writing module, a first reference voltage generation module, a driving transistor, a capacitor and a light emitting device. The data signal writing module is connected to a first end of the capacitor. The high voltage writing module is connected to the first end of the capacitor. The first reference voltage generation module is connected to a second end of the capacitor, an anode of the light emitting device and a drain electrode of the driving transistor. A gate electrode of the driving transistor is connected to the second end of the capacitor, a source electrode thereof is connected to the high voltage writing module, and the drain electrode thereof is connected to the anode of the light emitting device. A cathode of the light emitting device is connected to a common grounding electrode.

A voltage related to a threshold voltage of a driving unit is stored in a storage unit during a compensation stage of the pixel driving circuit utilizing a charging control unit so that an operating current of the driving unit is not affected by the threshold voltage during a light emitting holding stage of the pixel driving circuit. Thus, the influence of the threshold voltage of the driving unit on an operating current thereof is eliminated and an issue in which the display luminance of the light emitting element is not uniform due to inconsistency in the threshold voltage is solved, which improves display quality of the display device.

The LED pixel unit circuit comprises a driving module (31), the driving module (31) includes a driving TFT (DTFT), a first-switching element (T1), a first capacitor (C1), a second capacitor (C2) and a driving control unit (311), wherein the driving control unit (311) comprises a matching TFT (T3) whose threshold voltage (Vth3) is matched with the threshold voltage (Vth) of the driving TFT (DTFT), is located between the positive voltage (VDD) output terminal of the power source and the first node (P1), and is configured to control charging and discharging of the second capacitor (C2) so as to hold the threshold voltage (Vth3) of the matching TFT (T3) and thereby compensate for the threshold voltage (Vth) of the driving TFT (DTFT). The LED pixel unit circuit can solve the problem of brightness non-uniformity of the display panel due to different threshold voltages of the TFTs, and also integrate a touch screen circuit (32) into the pixel unit circuit to realize a touch function of the display panel.

摘要： There provide an emission electrode scanning circuit, an array substrate and a display apparatus. The emission electrode scanning circuit includes a plurality of sub scanning circuits connected in cascades, each of which includes a shift register unit, a scanning signal generation unit and a driving output unit. Each sub scanning circuit provides a driving signal to the emission electrode respectively, thereby avoiding bringing in a plurality of driving signal lines from outside of the array substrate. And the plurality of sub scanning circuits shares the emission electrode driving signal line and needs an input of only one start signal to drive the emission electrode scanning circuit to send the emission electrode driving signal progressively. The emission electrode scanning circuit is suitable to be integrated in the seal region of the array substrate, without setting the Fan-out having numerous input lines, which is advantageous for implementing the narrow frame of the display apparatus and also avoids crosstalk produced between the input lines and the gate voltage lines.
