摘要： A steering system of a vehicle includes a toothed rack which is connectable to wheels of the vehicle to turn the wheels, a steering drive for displacing the toothed rack with a motor unit and a gear unit where the gear unit is connected to the toothed rack and converts a rotation of the motor unit into a displacement of the toothed rack, and a force transmission element disposed between the motor unit and gear unit. The force transmission element has a core element and a covering element which at least partially surrounds the core element. The core element has a greater strength than the covering element and has protruding regions for producing a positive-locking connection with respect to the motor unit and the gear unit and has connection regions which connect the protruding regions. The covering element is in direct contact with the motor unit and the gear unit.

摘要： A method is provided for steering a vehicle, wherein the forces for steering the wheels are generated by a steering torque, and wherein the steering torque is applied by a mechanical steering system and/or a steering actuator. The method includes the following steps: automatic phase: automatic steering of the vehicle in that a control unit calculates an automatic torque and actuates the steering actuator to apply the automatic torque, so that the steering torque corresponds to the automatic torque, wherein a driver intervention during the automatic phase and a manual torque applied to the steering wheel by the driver are detected, engagement phase: maintaining the calculated automatic torque as a steering torque by ignoring or compensating the manual torque until the manual torque has exceeded a defined threshold torque, wherein the threshold torque is greater than zero, and transfer phase: reducing the automatic torque after the threshold torque has been exceeded, wherein the steering torque corresponds to the sum of the manual torque and automatic torque.

摘要： A steering column of a vehicle is provided having a first and a second shaft part, which, arranged coaxially with respect to one another, are mutually connected viewed in the axial direction behind one another and without any elastic deformation of joint disks within the scope of conventional tolerances by way of a universal-joint-type joint arrangement, having first and second rubber-elastic joint disks. An intermediate piece is provided between the two joint disks which is independent of the two shaft parts with respect to its mobility and is connected with the shaft parts by way of the joint disks in the manner of a universal joint. In the installed condition of the steering column, in a suitable lateral view, as a result of an elastic deformation of the two joint disks, the axes of rotation of the two shaft parts enclose an inclination angle of the steering column. The two joint disks may have different designs such that the latter are designed for different operating ranges, particularly different frequencies, with respect to the acoustic decoupling.

The steering assembly has a steering actuator device, a control device, and a feedback actuator monitoring device. The steer-by-wire steering system further has a synchronization monitoring device that is designed and configured, in at least one operating state of the steer-by-wire steering system, to determine a synchronization offset between a current position of the steering input device and a current position of the steering actuator device and/or of the at least one steerable vehicle wheel. The control device is further designed and configured, in at least one operating state of the steer-by-wire steering system, to further control the steering actuator device in accordance with the synchronization offset determined by the synchronization monitoring device.

摘要： A method and a device generate haptic feedback for a vehicle driver, the haptic feedback being generated by applying an additional torque, which alternates about an average total steering torque, to a steering grip of a vehicle by way of an actuator. When the present haptic feedback is recognized and/or simultaneously when haptic feedback occurs, the actuator is actuated such that the magnitude of the average total steering torque is increased by a compensation torque.
