摘要： An information processing method and an electronic device are provided in the present disclosure. The method includes: acquiring an adjustment instruction to an icon object in a display content, where the adjustment instruction includes parameter information, a display mode of at least one of the icon object of a first type and the icon object of a second type is determined according to the parameter information, the icon object of a first type is configured to carry the icon object of a second type; adjusting the icon object in the display content based on the parameter information in response to the adjustment instruction to make the icon object present an adjusted display effect via the display unit.

In some embodiments, when a user starts and displays an application in a small window or windowlet, and the windowlet receives his or her operation to start a new application, the started new application will be also displayed in a windowlet.
