    • In one aspect, a method for managing documents or partial documents in an electronic document folder is provided. A validity indication, which is individual to the document or partial document and specifies a validity expiry time is assigned to a respective document, e.g. an e-mail, or a partial document, e.g. an e-mail attachment and is stored, the indication being assigned to an executable validity program. Once the validity expiry time has been reached, the executable validity program, assigned to the validity indication, is executed for the document or partial document with an assigned validity indication. The executable validity program comprises a deletion routine for deleting the document or partial document with the assigned validity indication in the electronic document folder.

    • The invention relates to a method for providing communication in a VoIP communication network having a multiplicity of network nodes, in which a) at least one first subscriber terminal in the VoIP communication network stores a first item of information containing at least one VoIP connection property desired by the user of the first subscriber terminal in at least one first network node of the VoIP communication network, wherein b) when a second subscriber terminal wishes to connect to the first subscriber terminal, b1) the second subscriber terminal requests the first item of information from the first network node, b2) the second subscriber terminal forms at least one data element that describes the connection on the basis of at least the first item of information, b3) the second subscriber terminal transmits the data element that describes the connection to a functional element which is assigned to the network and switches through direct connections between communication partners, and wherein c) the functional element evaluates the data element in such a manner that it establishes the connection between the first subscriber terminal and the second subscriber terminal on the basis of at least the first item of information. The invention also relates to an arrangement for carrying out the method.

    • A mobile terminal device (ME) determines whether it is located in the local radio area (HFB) of the network (MN) or in another radio area (FB2) and the determined radio area (HFB, FB2) is indicated to an application (APPL) of the network (MN).     • There is described a localization system with a mobile position data transmitter having a position-detecting device for detecting a position of the position data transmitter and for deriving position data from the position detected. The position data transmitter also has a radio tag writing device for wirelessly emitting the derived position data with a write signal for writing to radio tags. The localization system also has radio tags which are to be spatially distributed and each have a memory for storing an item of localization information which is taken from the position data received with the write signal. A radio tag reading device is used to retrieve and output the stored read information from the radio tags that are situated in the retrieval range.
