摘要： Capacitor elements are connected in series and charged until a voltage between terminals of a capacitor element whose capacitance is lowest among the capacitor elements reaches a withstanding voltage. When the voltage between the terminals of the capacitor element reaches the withstanding voltage, the capacitor elements are connected in parallel, and electric charge of the capacitor element is transferred to the other capacitor elements. Hereafter, an operation of switching between series connection and parallel connection is repeated such that the capacitor elements are connected in series and charged again when the voltage between the terminals of the capacitor element is reduced to a full charge voltage due to an outflow of the electric charge, and the capacitor elements are connected in parallel when the voltage between the terminals of the capacitor element reaches the withstanding voltage.

摘要： An actuator includes the first and the second extendable driver portions. The first extendable driver portion includes an electrolyte layer laminated with electrode layers each including an electroconductive polymer and expands and contracts according to application of a voltage between the electrode layers. The first and the second extendable driver portions are arranged between a fixation portion and an application portion. The application portion moves as the first and the second extendable driver portions extend and contract.

摘要： An antenna includes an elongated magnetic core, a secondary magnetic path member, a spacer and a coil. The secondary magnetic path member is disposed near the core, and forms a secondary magnetic path. The spacer is disposed between the core and the secondary magnetic path member so as to prevent the core and the secondary magnetic path member from being magnetically coupled. The coil is formed by winding a wire around the core in such a way as to bundle the core and the secondary magnetic path member together.
