摘要： A hinge assembly includes first and second hinge units and an electrically conductive pin. The first hinge unit is mounted to a frame structure of an enclosure and includes a pin support comprising a barrel, a knuckle, or both, a pin receptacle arranged in the pin support, and an electrically conductive structure disposed at least partly inside the pin support and adjacent the pin receptacle. The pin rotates in the pin receptacle. The second hinge unit is carried on the pin and is door mounted. The second hinge unit and door can be removed from the first. The electrically conductive structure is biased against the pin and remains in contact while the pin rotates, and is electrically connected to the enclosure when the first hinge unit is mounted to it such that the pin is electrically bonded to the enclosure while the pin rotates.

The accessory part is arranged such that the recessed area is in alignment with the recessed groove of the structural member. The extending through the elongate opening of the accessory part and one of the mounting apertures of the recessed groove such that the fastener does not protrude beyond an outward-facing surface of the accessory part.

摘要： A caster assembly for installation in an electronic equipment enclosure includes a top plate, a forked support member, and an axled wheel. The top plate is attachable to a frame structure of the electronic equipment enclosure and includes a plurality of countersunk recesses. The forked support member extends downward from the top plate, and the axled wheel is supported on the forked support member. The caster assembly is installable in an assembled electronic equipment enclosure by aligning the countersunk recesses of the top plate beneath mating features at an underside of the frame structure such that, once aligned, the weight of the assembled electronic equipment enclosure retains each mating feature of the frame structure within a respective one of the plurality of countersunk recesses in the top plate, thereby retaining the caster assembly in position to support the assembled electronic equipment enclosure.

摘要： A brush port assembly includes a bezel frame and a brush component. The bezel frame is comprised of an elongate body having first and second ends, a top surface, and an underside. The elongate body is formed as a generally enclosed shape that frames an opening, whereby the first and second ends are arranged in an end-to-end relationship with a gap therebetween. The brush component has a spine member from which a plurality of bristles extend. The spine member is secured to the underside of the elongate body such that the bristles substantially entirely cover the opening. The bezel frame is installable, without the aid of tools, along an exposed edge of a brush port opening in a surface of an electronic equipment enclosure. Additionally, the bezel frame is installable around a cable that passes through the brush port opening by maneuvering the cable through the gap.

摘要： A method of securing a structure against a slide-type mounting rail of an electronic equipment enclosure includes: providing a hardware assembly having a spring retainer and bolt, a head of which is received at least partially within the spring retainer; positioning the hardware assembly within a T-slot channel of the slide-type mounting rail such that bent edges of deflectable spring arms engage ledges of the T-slot channel to prevent the retainer from rotation; configuring the bolt from an unlocked position to a locked position by rotating the bolt a quarter turn relative to the retainer to position the head transversely within the channel, thereby obstructing the hardware assembly from inadvertent removal from the slide-type mounting rail; placing the structure against the slide-type mounting rail such that a shaft extends through an aperture; and tightening a nut onto the shaft such that the nut is pressed firmly against the structure.

The adjustment assembly is positioned within the vertical channel and outside of the closed profile. At least one of the horizontal side-to-side members and the horizontal front-to-back members is a structural member having a closed profile that includes at least one T-slot channel and at least one recessed groove extending a length thereof. The at least one recessed groove includes a row of mounting apertures arranged therein.
