摘要： Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for reporting power headroom in a carrier aggregation context. By applying the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, PHR MAC CE and a corresponding MAC sub-header are determined according to the number of uplink component carriers needing to report power headroom and a type of the power headroom to be reported, and indication information such as length information of the PHR MAC CE, type information of the power headroom, and information about whether the power headroom is virtual power headroom is carried therein, so that a base station can precisely obtain the power headroom of each uplink component carrier. In this way, the problem that the PHR MAC CE format in the current LTE Rel-8/9 is not applicable to an LTE-A system is solved.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for notifying Multicast Broadcast Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) subframe configuration, which comprises the following steps: a first node sends its MBSFN subframe configuration, via an X2 interface, to a second node with which the first node is connected; the first node receives the MBSFN subframe configuration of the second node as a feedback. According to the invention, a serving cell can obtain the MBSFN subframe configurations of the neighboring cells and/or RNs, so that rational utilization of resources is achieved according to the configurations. Therefore, interference between cells is reduced, and system capacity and efficiency are improved.

Terminal equipment rationally chooses whether to send Log available message to the network based on the fact whether present attribution zone(s) of terminal equipment is the valid attribution zone(s), or report the information of present attribution zone(s) to network side, then the network side judges whether to acquire MDT Log, so as to avoid feeding back MDT Log and further causing loss of valid MDT Log in case of no correspondence of present attribution zone(s). Moreover, terminal equipment can decide whether to report Log available message to the network side according to the condition of actual attribution zone(s), which avoids unnecessary reporting of MDT Log and validly saves radio resource of the system.
