摘要： A leakage current protection device includes a shell and a core assembly disposed within the shell. The core assembly includes a control circuit board, a trip assembly disposed on the control circuit board, and an input end and an output end connected to the trip assembly. The trip assembly includes a first driving member movable linearly in a first direction and a second driving member pivotable around a pivotal support axis, where the first and second driving members are mechanically engaged with each other and move together with each other. The second driving member has two driving points configured to move in a second direction as the second driving member pivots, the second direction being non-parallel to the first direction. Movements of the two driving points of the second driving member in the second direction are operable to electrically connect or disconnect the input and output ends.

摘要： A power plug with leakage current detection and protection interrupter and arc protection includes: a shell, a trip assembly disposed within the shell, a cable connector electrically coupled to the trip assembly, and an arc protection shield disposed between the trip assembly and the shell. The trip assembly includes a switch having input and output contact terminals. The arc protection shield is configured to isolate the input and output contact terminals of the switch from the shell. The arc protection shield includes one or more arc blocking baffles, each disposed near corresponding input and output contact terminals, so as to isolate the contact terminals from the shell. By providing the arc protection shield between the input and output contact terminals and the shell, the shell is protected from arcs formed at the input and output contact terminals due to connection and disconnection operations. This prevents damage to the shell and improves user experience and safety.

摘要： An LCDI device includes a shell, a movement unit, and a wire bundle assembly. The shell includes a base and an upper cover connected to each other. The movement unit is disposed in the base, and includes at least one connecting conductor. A first end of the wire bundle assembly is disposed in the upper cover and includes at least one shield detection line, where the shield detection line is electrically coupled to the connecting conductor. The shield detection line includes a connecting terminal at the first end of the wire bundle assembly which is configured to received and retain the connecting conductor inserted therein. The structure of the LCDI enables fast and secure assembling of the wire bundle assembly and movement unit, and eliminates the need for internal re-adjustment of the shield detection lines after assembling, which promotes automation of large scale production.

摘要： An arc fault circuit interrupter includes: an insulating casing, electrical input terminals and electrical output terminals, first and second electrical path connected between the electrical input terminals and electrical output terminals, and a movement mechanism. The movement mechanism includes: first and second moving contact arms, electrically coupled to the first and second electrical paths, respectively; a control circuit board; an arc detection mechanism, electrically coupled to the control circuit board, for detecting an arc signal and causing the control circuit board to generate a trip signal; a tripping mechanism, electrically coupled to the control circuit board, for receiving the trip signal to disconnect the electrical coupling between the first moving contact arm and the first electrical path and/or the electrical coupling between the second moving contact arm and the second electrical path. The device can immediately cut off the power when detecting an arc signal to prevent fire hazard.
