摘要： A method and device for transmitting data, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art that an existing frame structure would increase the user-plane delay of a TD-LTE system and decrease the system performance. A wireless frame transmitted between a network side device and a terminal comprises a reinforced sub-frame, and the reinforced sub-frame comprises a UL portion and a DL portion. A TDD frame structure of the embodiments of the present invention can decrease the user-plane delay on the basis of maintaining the service flexibility, and also can maintain the backward compatibility of a system.

摘要： The embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of wireless communications, and particularly, to a time-division duplexing communication method, system and device, which are used for solving the problem in the prior art that there is no uplink or downlink HARQ sequential relationship for a dynamic uplink and downlink subframe distribution solution. A time-division duplexing uplink data sending method in the embodiments of the present invention comprises: through a subframe n in a wireless frame, user equipment receiving indication information which comes from the network side; and according to the indication information, when it is determined that PUSCH data is required to be sent to the network side, sending the PUSCH data through at least one uplink subframe after the subframe n, the subframe n being a downlink fixed subframe or a special subframe. Proposed is an uplink and downlink HARQ sequential relationship for a dynamic uplink and downlink subframe distribution solution, so that a dynamic TDD system can transmit uplink and downlink data.

摘要： The present invention relates to the field of communications. Disclosed are a method and a device for feedback information transmission based on an enhanced PHICH. The method comprises transmitting ACK/NACK feedback information to a terminal through E-PHICH sources configured in a PDSCH area; therefore, on one hand, the problem that the PHICH cannot be transmitted in some scenarios, such as an ABS sub-frame of eICIC and a subsequent possibly-defined extended carrier, is solved; and on the other hand, the signaling overhead can be saved, so that the utilization rate of resources is improved, for example, the scheduling of retransmission of a PUSCH is prevented from being carried out by a system though a DCI format 0, therefore, the effects of improving the capacity of the PHICH and solving the problem of legacy PHICH resource contention are achieved.

The method for a UE side thereof comprises: determining a TPC-RNTI corresponding to each carrier group and a tpc-index corresponding to each carrier group; detecting a PDCCH adopting a DCI format 3/3A and scrambled by using the TPC-RNTI corresponding to each carrier group in a common search space of a PCC; and according to the tpc-index corresponding to each carrier group, determining the position of an uplink power control command corresponding to the carrier group in the detected PDCCH scrambled by using the TPC-RNTI corresponding to the carrier group, and acquiring the uplink power control command corresponding to the carrier group from a corresponding position. Thus, a user equipment transmits a corresponding uplink power control command while supporting that uplink channels are transmitted over different uplink carriers corresponding to different carrier groups, thereby guaranteeing the normal and stable operation of a system.
