摘要： A drive apparatus is provided with a motor, a plurality of substrates and a plurality of connectors.The substrates are provided in one side of the motor in the axial direction thereof, the substrates including switching elements and control components mounted thereon. The connectors are provided in an opposite side against the motor across the substrates, the connectors including connector terminals connected to one of the substrates.The substrates include two or more non-overlapped regions where no substrates are overlapped when projecting the substrates in the axial direction. The non-overlapped regions include a connector connecting region connected to the connector terminals, and a motor line connecting region connected to winding groups of the motor corresponding to every phase of each winding group.

摘要： In a drive apparatus, a motor unit is received in an inside of a tubular section of a motor case, and a bottom plate section is fixed to a gear box. A closure is fitted to an inner wall of the tubular section on an inner side of an opening edge part of the motor case. A control device cover is fixed to an end part of the motor case, which is opposite from the gear box, to cover a control device. An O-ring fluid-tightly seals between the motor case and the gear box, and a bonding agent fluid-tightly seals between the control device cover and the motor case.

摘要： In a driver device, a controller substrate has a center part on which a rotation angle sensor is attached and an outer periphery portion which is fixed onto a heat sink. The heat sink has a cylinder part extending in an axial direction of the rotation shaft to contact the outer periphery portion of the controller substrate. The cylinder part of the heat sink is continuously formed along an entire periphery and has the same height at all portions. Such configuration provides an even deformation distribution of the cylinder part due to a temperature change, thereby reducing unevenness of heat stress distribution along a substrate plane and decreasing stress applied to the sensor, which facilitates a reduction of a detection error of the sensor.

摘要： A motor unit is received in a first space of a motor case. A frame contacts an inner peripheral wall of the motor case and is fixed in an inside of the motor case. A cutout, which is formed in at least one of the motor case and the frame, forms a seal groove, which extends in a circumferential direction between the motor case and the frame. A cover covers the seal groove and forms a second space in an inside of the cover. A seal material is received in the seal groove and limits intrusion of liquid, such as water, from an outside of the motor case and the cover into the first space and the second space. In this way, intrusion of the liquid into the first space and the second space can be limited with the seal material provided in the single seal groove.

摘要： A drive apparatus includes a power module, a connector and a heat sink. The connector is used for electric connection to an external side and has a flange, which is formed on its peripheral wall. The heat sink is formed to have a module holding part for holding the power module and a fitting hole for fitting with the flange and has a connector holding part for holding a connector. The flange is formed along a first surface, which faces the connector holding part of the peripheral wall, and side surfaces, which are formed on both sides of the first surface. Thus, water droplets are prevented from entering into a control unit through a clearance between the connector and the heat sink without adding other members such as a water preventing cover.
