摘要： A packet transfer system includes a transmitter apparatus, a processing apparatus, a first transfer apparatus and a second transfer apparatus. The transmitter apparatus transmits a data packet including data and quality information associated with a transfer rate of the data. The first transfer apparatus performs a transfer process of the data packet received from the transmitter apparatus. The second transfer apparatus is connected to the first transfer apparatus through first and second routes, and transfers a data packet received from the first transfer apparatus. The first route is used for transferring a data packet including first quality information associated with a first transfer rate. The second route is used for transferring a data packet including second quality information associated with a second transfer rate. The second transfer apparatus releases the first route when reception of a data packet including the first quality information has been terminated.

摘要： A management system includes an information processing apparatus; a management apparatus; and a load balancing apparatus. And the management apparatus specifies a first processing entity that relates to a first application program whose performance is not guaranteed, upon detecting that a value related to a load of a second processing entity that relates to a second application program whose performance is guaranteed is equal to or greater than a first predetermined threshold, and requests the information processing apparatus to stop the first processing entity, and the information processing apparatus requests the load balancing apparatus to stop allocating processing to the first processing entity, stops the first processing entity upon detecting that a value related to a load of the first processing entity is equal to or less than a second predetermined threshold, and causes a third processing entity to start processing for the second application program.

摘要： In this method, a first information processing apparatus in a first system identifies a second system that performs a first processing on behalf of the first system when an abnormality occurs in the first system, and transmits a first request that includes data concerning resources used to perform the first processing to a second information processing apparatus in the second system. Upon detecting an abnormality in the second system, the first information processing apparatus identifies a third system other than the second system, transmits a second request that includes data concerning resources used to perform the first processing to a third information processing apparatus in the third system, and transmits a third request to release resources secured for the first system to the second information processing apparatus in the second system, upon detecting return of the second system.
