摘要： A method for filtering a suspension, the suspension initially being inducted into a filter chamber in a direction which is substantially parallel to at least one filter cloth on a filter cake side of same, the filter chamber being configured substantially lens shaped between two parallel filter plates, when a filter device is closed, whereas when the filter device is open, the filter plates are at such a distance that the at least one filter cloth can be removed from the filter chamber, thereafter a filtrate to permeates the at least one filter cloth to a filtrate side of the filter cloth, wherein a solid content of the suspension is deposited as a filter cake on the filter cake side, and the filtrate subsequently flows out of the filter chamber on the filtrate side. The invention also relates to such a filter device. In order to be able to homogeneously create or wash the filter cake over the filter cloth, the inducted suspension and/or a washing liquid for washing the filter cake on the filter cake side induces an annular flow about a central axis of the filter chamber, said axis being perpendicular to the at least one filter cloth, or the filter device comprises a plurality of induction elements, disposed substantially in a separation plane of the filter plates rotation symmetrical about a center. The suspension or a washing liquid for washing the filter cake can be inducted through the induction elements in an inlet direction, which comprises a radial component oriented towards the center of the filter chamber and a tangential component perpendicular to the radial component.

The filtrate flows initially substantially parallel to the filter cloth (4) towards the outlet (8), is deviated through the deviation element (12) in an outlet direction (9) perpendicular to the filter cloth (4), and flows out through the outlet (8). When the filter device is open, the filter plates (1) are at a distance from each other, so that the filter cloths (4) with the filter cake can be removed from the filter chamber (7). In order to avoid loss of tightness of the filter device, a sealing edge (16) of the deviation element (12) is flush with the membrane in a sealing manner.

摘要： A filter cloth securing device attaches a filter cloth in the zone of the slurry port of a filter plate. A plurality of face-to-face arranged filter plates constitute a filter plate stack of a plate filter press. Each filter cloth securing device has two flanged sleeves inserted from either side of the slurry port and a threaded tightening sleeve which passes through the slurry port and which tightens the flanged sleeves to one another to thus clamp the filter cloth against the filter plate face. In the closed state of the filter plate stack face-to-face oriented flanged sleeves belonging to consecutive filter plates define an annular clearance and further, at least one flanged sleeve of the filter cloth securing device has on its outer face at least one protuberance which projects towards the outer flange face of an adjoining flanged sleeve, belonging to a consecutive filter plate. The protuberance ends at a distance from the last-named outer flange face.
