    • A method for a network device to access a packet switched network is applied to a system in which the network device accesses the packet switched network by connecting to PEs in an active-standby mode. The method includes: an active PE and a standby PE each sends a fault detection message to the network device through an interface connected to the network device; the active PE sets the state of the interface to “up” and advertises a route to a remote PE if a fault detection response returned by the network device is received through the interface within a preset period; otherwise, the active PE sets the state of the interface to “down” , and withdraws the advertised route; and the standby PE sets the state of the interface to “up” and advertises another route to the remote PE after receiving a fault detection response through the interface connected to the network device.

    • A fuel engine servo loading device is disclosed, which comprises a permanent magnet machine having a first rotor and a second rotor, the first rotor of the machine is directly connected with the output shaft of the fuel engine, the second rotor of the machine is directly connected with a driving shaft, power is transmitted between the first rotor and the second rotor via electromagnetic coupling, characterized in that, the fuel engine servo loading device further comprises a servo driver, which controls the electromagnetic torque between the first rotor and the second rotor according to set conditions so as to control the torque load of the fuel engine and the output torque of the driving shaft; wherein, a speed/position sensor is provided on the first rotor shaft, and a position sensor is provided on the second rotor shaft for performing torque servo control; and a conductive slip ring is provided on the rotor shaft at which an armature winding is mounted, wherein the conductive slip ring connects the winding with the servo driver. Thereby the engine always operates in accordance with the optimal efficiency operating curve so as to output maximum mechanical energy at the same fuel consumption.

    • A method, a system, and an apparatus for implementing a layer-2 virtual private network (L2VPN) between autonomous systems (ASs) are disclosed. The method includes: receiving a first L2VPN mapping packet from a first AS; parsing the first L2VPN mapping packet to obtain a first label carried in the first L2VPN mapping packet, applying for a second label which is different from the first label carried in the first L2VPN mapping packet, and generating a second L2VPN mapping packet according to the second label; and sending the second L2VPN mapping packet to a second AS. When multiple VPN users need to establish a multi-protocol label switching (MPLS) L2VPN between ASs, the MPLS L2VPN can be established between ASs through the technical solution under the present invention as long as a link exists between the ASs, thus providing high extensibility, high security, and convenient management of the inter-AS L2VPN.

    • A dynamic optimization searching method for a torque servo loading device of an engine is disclosed, the torque servo loading device includes a motor, a torque servo driver, a primary control unit, and a mass flow sensor; the primary control unit stores therein an optimal efficiency operation curve of the engine and data of fuel consumption value per unit of mechanical power of the engine at each point on the curve; the method includes: detecting current operation parameters of the engine; making the engine operate according to the current optimal efficiency operation curve; changing the current optimal fuel efficiency torque by an optimization searching step to obtain an optimization searching torque; making the engine operate for an optimization searching measurement-calculation time period under the optimization searching torque; calculating the fuel consumption value per unit of mechanical power of the engine; comparing the calculated fuel consumption value per unit of mechanical power with a stored fuel consumption value per unit of mechanical power; and storing the optimization searching torque in the optimal efficiency operation curve, and storing the calculated fuel consumption value per unit of mechanical power, if the calculated fuel consumption value per unit of mechanical power is less than the stored fuel consumption value per unit of mechanical power.
