    • Embodiments of the present invention provide a location area management method and a device, where the location area management method includes: receiving, by a single radio controller, a first request message, where the first request message is used by user equipment UE to request a location update; generating, by the single radio controller, a paging area list of the UE according to the first request message, where the paging area list includes a location area identity of a location area of at least one network standard; and adding, by the single radio controller, the paging area list of the UE to a first response message, and sending the first response message to the UE. According to the location area management method and the device provided in the embodiments of the present invention, location areas of different network standards are managed together, and a location area management effect is improved.

    • The present invention provides a filter. The filter includes two common electrode layers and two inner electrode layers, where the two inner electrode layers are located between the two common electrode layers, and an electrical insulation layer is disposed between any two adjacent electrode layers of the two common electrode layers and the two inner electrode layers; each of the two common electrode layers is connected to at least one grounding electrode; and each of the two inner electrode layers is connected to at least one signal electrode. The filter provided by embodiments of the present invention can perform filtering processing on low-frequency noise such as that of a direct current power supply, and has a good filtering processing effect.

    • Embodiments of the present invention provide a radio communications method and device, where the method is applicable to a radio communications system, where the radio communications system includes a unified control area, the unified control area includes areas covered by two or more cells of different standards, and the method includes: configuring, by a network-side device, a unified broadcast control channel for the unified control area; and sending, by the network-side device and over the unified broadcast control channel, a broadcast message to an idle-state user equipment UE that is located in the unified control area and camps on the unified broadcast control channel. By using this method, in a process in which a UE in an idle state moves in coverage areas of different standards, a standard on which the UE camps does not need to be changed, thereby reducing complexity of mobility management and reducing signaling overheads.
