摘要： Embodiments of this application provide a discontinuous reception DRX management method, including determining, by a base station, that a terminal has a voice service, and setting up, by the base station, a voice bearer for the terminal, and activating a DRX function of the terminal when setting up the voice bearer for the terminal. It can be learned that, in the method, the terminal does not activate the DRX function before setting up the voice bearer, and does not activate the DRX function until the voice bearer is set up, to effectively reduce a voice paging connection delay.

摘要： A method, device and system for regulating power consumption are provided in the embodiments of the present invention. A method for regulating power consumption includes: obtaining, by a base station, an application point and a configuration parameter; sending, by the base station, an indication message to a terminal according to the application point and configuration parameter; regulating, by the base station, the power consumption of the base station by using the configuration parameter at the application point; the configuration parameter comprises cell antenna information or system bandwidth information; the indication message instructs the terminal to use the configuration parameter at the application point. Under the condition that user's normal communication is remained, the number of cell antennas or the cell bandwidth is dynamically changed. This reduces the power consumption of the network device.

First, determining, by an access network device, a first hyper system frame number (HSFN) and a first system frame number SFN, where the first HSFN and the first SFN are determined by the access network device based on a time at which enhanced discontinuous reception (eDRX) is enabled and a preconfigured time. Second, determining, by the access network device, an HSFN adjustment value based on the first SFN and a second SFN, where the second SFN is an SFN used at the time at which the access network device enables the eDRX. Third, adjusting, by the access network device, the first HSFN to a second HSFN based on the HSFN adjustment value, and updating the second HSFN based on the second SFN.

摘要： A system includes a base station (BS) and a user equipment (UE). The BS is capable of communicating with the UE via a serving cell and a coordinated cell. The BS includes a frequency exchange module coupled with a first baseband processing unit and a second baseband processing unit. The first baseband processing unit is designated for supporting baseband processing related to the coordinated cell, and the second baseband processing unit is designated for supporting baseband processing related to the serving cell. The frequency exchange module is configured to forward a first frequency domain signal to the second baseband processing unit according to a first predetermined coordination configuration relating to the serving cell of the UE and the coordinated cell of the UE. The second baseband processing unit is configured to perform a joint processing of the first frequency domain signal and a second frequency domain signal.
