    • A driving device adapted to at least one light emitting diode, includes a clock recovery unit, a modulation unit, and a bias tee unit. The clock recovery unit receives a first alternating current signal, and generates a square wave signal according to the first alternating current signal.     • A system and a method for optical transmission are provided. The system includes a power combiner, a laser light source, a negative chirp modulator, and multiple transmission units. Each transmission unit corresponds to a frequency band and generates a first output signal in the frequency band based on orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM). The frequency bands are not overlapped with each other. The power combiner is coupled to each transmission unit. The power combiner combines each of the first output signals to generate a second output signal. The negative chirp modulator is coupled to the power combiner and the laser light source. The negative chirp modulator performs negative chirp modulation on the laser light source with the second output signal to generate a light signal and outputs the light signal to an optical fiber.
