The sensing circuit is disposed in a first area on a surface of the substrate and configured to receive a touch signal on the touch panel. The wireless circuit is disposed in a second area on the surface or disposed on a connection part of the circuit board module, and configured to receive/transmit a wireless signal. An electronic apparatus is also provided. A wireless circuit of the electronic apparatus includes a first antenna and a second antenna, which are disposed adjacent to a front side and a back side of the electronic apparatus, respectively. The wireless circuit is configured to receive/transmit a wireless signal selectively in the direction of the front side through the first antenna or in the direction of the back side through the second antenna.

摘要： An antenna device includes an antenna element, a sensing circuit, a matching circuit and an impedance adjusting circuit. The sensing element is used to generate a sensing signal. The matching circuit is coupled to the antenna unit. The impedance adjusting circuit is coupled to the sensing circuit and is capable of turning an impedance of the antenna unit and an impedance of the matching circuit into mismatch according to the sensing signal.
