An energy management system can enable components of a device within a home network to power to different operational modes in order to determine different power consumption levels. The system can sort out anomalies and extract them from a power consumption profile created.

摘要： A control system for a clothes treating apparatus includes a first temperature sensor, a second temperature sensor, and a controller operatively coupled to the sensors. The apparatus includes a cabinet, a wash tub mounted within the cabinet and configured to receive clothes therein, a dehumidifying assembly, and a fan configured to draw air from the wash tub to the dehumidifying assembly and channel the air from the dehumidifying assembly back to the wash tub. The first temperature sensor is configured to detect a temperature of the air entering the dehumidifying assembly. The second sensor is configured to detect a temperature of the air exiting the dehumidifying assembly. The controller is configured to determine a dryness level of the clothes contained in the wash tub based on the detected air temperatures.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a home energy management system for receiving data indicative of a current demand state of an associated utility supplying energy and transmitting data in response. The energy management system comprising at least one home energy consuming system and a controller being configured and arranged to communicate with the at least one home energy consuming system, the controller is capable of automatically responding to the demand signal adopting an opt-in or an opt-out status for the home energy consuming system in compliance or in noncompliance with the demand signal. The controller includes an interface allowing optional programming by an associated user to automatically provide an opt-out response wherein the demand for limiting energy consumption is not recognized.
