摘要： An intra prediction method and a device using the intra prediction method are provided. The intra prediction method using a DC mode includes setting a bottom-right pixel to a DC-predicted value, interpolating the bottom-right pixel and an n-th top reference pixel to derive predicted values of an n-th column and interpolating the bottom-right pixel and an n-th left reference pixel to derive predicted values of an n-row, and performing bidirectional linear interpolation to derive predicted values of pixels included in a prediction unit other than the n-th row and the n-th column.

摘要： Disclosed are an intra prediction method of a chrominance block using a luminance sample and an apparatus using the same. An image decoding method comprises the steps of: calculating an intra prediction mode of a chrominance block on the basis of an LM mapping table when the chrominance block uses an LM; and generating a prediction block for the chrominance block on the basis of the calculated intra prediction mode of the chrominance block. When intra prediction mode information of chrominance blocks are decoded, mutually different tables are used depending on whether or not an LM is used, so that encoding and decoding can be performed without an unnecessary waste of bits.

摘要： The present invention relates to an image information encoding and decoding method and a device for same. One embodiment of an image information encoding method according to the present invention, as an image information encoding method according to another embodiment of the present invention, includes the steps of: generating a restore block; applying a deblocking filter on the restore block; applying a Sample Adaptive Offset (SAO) on the restore block having the deblocking filter applied thereon; and transmitting information on the SAO application. During the applying of the SAO, the SAO is applied to chroma pixels, and during the transmitting of the information, in addition to information on whether the SAO is applied on the chroma pixels, at least one of area information, division information on the SAO coverage area, SAO type information, and SAO offset information is transmitted.

摘要： The present invention relates to a video signal decoding method for adding an intra prediction mode as a sub-macroblock type to prediction of a macroblock in coding a video signal. The present invention includes obtaining a macroblock type, when a macroblock includes the intra prediction coded sub-macroblock and the inter prediction coded sub-macroblock based on the macroblock type, obtaining prediction mode flag information indicating whether the sub-macroblock is the intra prediction coded or the inter prediction coded, and obtaining a prediction value of the sub-macroblock based on the prediction mode flag information. Accordingly, the present invention is able to raise coding efficiency of video signal by adding an intra prediction mode as a sub-macroblock type in predicting a macroblock.

摘要： A method of processing a video signal is disclosed. The present invention includes obtaining a current macroblock type, obtaining skip or direct mode indication information on a partition of the current macroblock according to the current macroblock type, deriving a motion vector of the partition according to the skip or direct mode indication information, and predicting a pixel value of the partition using the motion vector. Accordingly, the present invention obtains a pixel value of a reference block close to an original video using a motion vector, thereby enhancing a reconstruction ratio of the macroblock. As a macroblock uses skip or direct prediction indication information, it is unnecessary to separately code skip mode indication information and direct mode indication information on the macroblock, whereby an information size to be coded can be reduced.

The present invention includes obtaining a macroblock type, obtaining a sub-macroblock type when a macroblock includes a plurality of coded sub-macroblocks according the macroblock type, obtaining flag information indicating a DC (discrete cosine) transform size, determining the DC transform size of the coded sub-macroblock based on the flag information, when the sub-macroblock is intra prediction coded based on the sub-macroblock type, determining a prediction size of the intra prediction coded sub-macroblock based on the determined DC transform size, obtaining prediction direction information from a block adjacent to the sub-macroblock based on the prediction size of the sub-macroblock, and obtaining a prediction value of the sub-macroblock based on the prediction direction information. Accordingly, the present invention is able to raise coding efficiency of video signal by adding an intra prediction mode as a sub-macroblock type in predicting a macroblock.
