摘要： An intra prediction method and a device using the intra prediction method are provided. The intra prediction method using a DC mode includes setting a bottom-right pixel to a DC-predicted value, interpolating the bottom-right pixel and an n-th top reference pixel to derive predicted values of an n-th column and interpolating the bottom-right pixel and an n-th left reference pixel to derive predicted values of an n-row, and performing bidirectional linear interpolation to derive predicted values of pixels included in a prediction unit other than the n-th row and the n-th column.

摘要： Disclosed are an intra prediction method of a chrominance block using a luminance sample and an apparatus using the same. An image decoding method comprises the steps of: calculating an intra prediction mode of a chrominance block on the basis of an LM mapping table when the chrominance block uses an LM; and generating a prediction block for the chrominance block on the basis of the calculated intra prediction mode of the chrominance block. When intra prediction mode information of chrominance blocks are decoded, mutually different tables are used depending on whether or not an LM is used, so that encoding and decoding can be performed without an unnecessary waste of bits.

摘要： A boundary intra coding flag is obtained according to a current macroblock type. When the boundary intra coding flag indicates that the current macroblock is coded in an intra prediction mode using boundary intra coding, boundary coding information is obtained, and a boundary in the current macroblock is induced based on the boundary coding information. Therefore, the regions divided by the boundary can be coded in the intra prediction mode. The accuracy of a predicted pixel value can be improved by performing the intra prediction for regions divided by the boundary. Accordingly, the residual data transmitted to a decoder can be reduced.

摘要： A method and apparatus for processing a video signal using inter-viewpoint prediction are disclosed. The video signal processing method includes acquiring a type of a current block, acquiring a depth inter-view prediction flag according to the current block type, acquiring color information of a reference block corresponding to the current block when the current block is encoded using depth inter-view prediction according to the depth inter-view prediction flag, and predicting color information of the current block using the color information of the reference block. The video signal processing method performs inter-viewpoint prediction using depth information, such that a motion vector of a macroblock can be induced from a decoder using such depth information. Therefore, a motion vector of the macroblock is not separately coded. In addition, the video signal processing method uses a flag that indicates whether to perform inter-viewpoint prediction using depth information.

摘要： The virtual view image synthesis method according to the present invention comprises: generating an intermediate picture from a first viewpoint and an intermediate picture from a second viewpoint by swapping a reference picture from a first viewpoint and a reference picture from a second viewpoint; determining whether there is a hole in said intermediate picture from a first viewpoint; if there is a hole in said intermediate picture from a first viewpoint, obtaining the pixel value of said intermediate picture from a second viewpoint based on the location of said hole; and allocating the pixel value of said intermediate picture from a second viewpoint to said hole. A virtual picture is synthesized using a reference picture, thereby reducing the quantity of information due to encoding a virtual viewpoint picture.
