摘要： The present invention provides a corrugated sheet manufacturing apparatus (1) which includes a single facer (8), a double facer (14), and a cutter machine (16). The single facer includes a flute pitch calculation unit for calculating and setting a value of the flute pitch of the medium in such a manner that the given cut length for the double-faced corrugated sheet becomes equal to an integral multiple of the flute pitch of the medium; a flute pitch detection unit for detecting a flute pitch of the single-faced corrugated sheet; and a brake controller (44) for adjusting a tension of a liner being fed into the single facer to allow the detected flute pitch of the single-faced corrugated sheet to become equal to the set flute pitch.

摘要： Disclosed is a single facer which comprises: a cartridge pivotally supporting a pair of corrugating rolls by a side plate; two cartridges pivotally supporting a pair of corrugating rolls by a side plate, respectively; a single facer body housing the two cartridges in a movable manner so as to exchange respective setup positions of the two cartridges between the in-use position and the rest position; and a hydraulic jack disposed just below the stacked cartridges in a vertical direction and configured to push the stacked cartridges upwardly, wherein, by pushing the stacked cartridges upwardly by the hydraulic jack, the single facer is operable to press an upper end of the side plate of the upper cartridge against a lower end of a ceiling member of the single facer body, so as to clamp the stacked cartridges by the hydraulic jack and the ceiling member of the single facer body.

The single facer of the present invention comprises: a plurality of corrugating roll pairs; a plurality of cartridges each pivotally supporting a pair of corrugating rolls arranged in an up-down direction in a respective one of the corrugating roll pairs, each of the cartridges being selectively serving as an operational cartridge supporting one of the corrugating roll pairs located in an operational position, and a rest cartridge supporting one of the corrugating roll pairs located in a rest position; and a single facer body having a frame structure internally formed with a transfer space for the cartridges, wherein the operational cartridge is disposed above the rest cartridge in such a manner that the operational cartridge is supported from therebelow by the rest cartridge.

摘要： A single facer comprises: a swingable frame supporting a press roll in such a manner as to allow a gap between one of a pair of corrugating rolls and the press roll to be changed; an adjusting screw contactable with a contact member coupled to the swingable frame; an encoder for detecting vibration of the press roll occurring during formation of a corrugated medium by the pair of corrugating rolls; and a control section for controlling drive of a motor for displacing the adjusting screw. The control section is configured to execute a first control processing of driving the motor until a magnitude of the vibration is reduced to a given value.
