摘要： The present invention is to provide an on-line status diagnosis device for an electric power utilities, in which sampling and data transmission rates are differentiated according to a degree of risk of degradation status data. The on-line status diagnosis device includes a sensor for providing a degradation detection signal of the electric power utilities, a data acquisition unit (DAU) for acquiring and providing degradation detection data, and a communication unit for transmitting the degradation detection data to the outside. The DAU includes an analog-digital converter for acquiring degradation detection data as digital data by converting the degradation detection signal from the sensor into a digital signal, and a microcomputer for determining a degree of risk by comparing the degradation detection data with at least one predetermined risk determination reference value, and outputting a control signal to the analog-digital converter to change a sampling rate and a report rate.

The diagnosis system for monitoring a status of a switchboard includes a sensor unit installed in a switchboard, wherein the sensor unit comprise a plurality of sensors sensing two or more of a partial discharge (PD) signal, a temperature signal and an acc signal and outputting each switchboard status sensing signal; a data collecting device receiving each switchboard status sensing signal corresponding to two or more of the PD signal, the temperature signal, and the arc signal from the sensor unit wherein the data collecting device collects a plurality of datums for status monitoring and diagnosis control of the switchboard based on each switchboard status sensing signal received; and a remote monitoring device performing the status monitoring and diagnosis control of the switchboard based on a plurality of measuring datums received from the data collecting device.
