摘要： A composite magnetic material is provided that includes a resin and first magnetic particles provided inside the resin. Each of the first magnetic particles includes a first core comprising a metal magnetic material, and an insulating film that covers the first core. The first core has a substantially flat shape having a short axis and a long axis. A thickness of the insulating film in the long axis direction of the first core is smaller than a thickness of the insulating film in the short axis direction of the first core. In addition, a coil component is provided that includes the composite magnetic material in an element body of the coil component.

A coil is provided consisting of a plurality of coil conductors that are connected by via-conductors piercing through the insulator layers, the coil winding helically about an axis along a direction of lamination. External electrodes are provided on surfaces of the laminate, in which at least some pairs of the coil conductors that neighbor each other with one of the insulator layers provided therebetween have parallel sections that overlap each other when viewed in the direction of lamination. The parallel sections are connected in parallel by the via-conductors or the external electrodes, and each pair of the coil conductors that neighbor each other with one of the insulator layers provided therebetween do not overlap each other when viewed in the direction of lamination, except for the parallel sections, and connections between the coil conductors and the via-conductors.

摘要： A coil component includes a body, a coil conductor embedded in the body, and outer electrodes disposed on the outside of the body. The body includes a first magnetic layer containing a substantially spherical metallic magnetic material and second and third layers containing a substantially flat metallic magnetic material. At least the wound section of the coil conductor is between the second and third magnetic layers in the direction along the axis of the coil conductor. In the direction perpendicular to the axis, the second and third magnetic layers have a width equal to or larger than the outer diameter of the wound section of the coil component. The substantially flat metallic magnetic material is oriented so that the flat plane thereof is perpendicular to the axis of the coil conductor. The first magnetic layer extends between the second and third magnetic layers and the outer electrodes.

摘要： A laminated coil component has an element body formed by laminating a plurality of ceramic layers, and a coil conductor disposed inside the element body. The coil conductor has coil pattern portions disposed on the plurality of the ceramic layers and including line portions and land portions disposed at ends of the line portions, and pattern connecting portions connecting the land portion to each other between the coil pattern portions arranged adjacently in a laminating direction of the ceramic layers. The land portions overlap with the line portions located on the opposite side of the pattern connecting portions in the laminating direction when viewed in the laminating direction such that the centers of the land portions do not overlap with the line portions located on the opposite side of the pattern connecting portions in the laminating direction when viewed in the laminating direction.

The component is configured by stacking a plurality of insulating layers and a plurality of inner conductors provided on the respective insulating layers. The connection conductors have respective exposure portions that are each exposed between corresponding ones of the insulating layers at a surface of the stack. An outer electrode is formed, for example, by plating on the lower surface so that the exposure portions are covered with the outer electrode. The plurality of exposure portions do not have uniform thicknesses or are not arranged at uniform intervals in the stacking direction.
