摘要： A train wheel of an electronic timepiece having more than two motors which drive hand wheels through individual train wheels includes a guide pipe driven and fixed in a bottom plate in the timepiece. The first hand wheel driven by the rotor of the first motor through the first train wheel has a central shaft as its rotational axis. The central shaft of the first hand wheel is inserted into the guide pipe so as to be guided and supported by the inner surface of the guide pipe. The second hand wheel has a central pipe as its rotational axis. The central pipe of the second hand wheel has the guide pipe inserted therein so as to be guided and supported by the outer surface of the guide pipe. Whereby the hand wheels do not come into contact with each other with result that the drive force of one of the hand wheels is not transmitted to the other hand wheel.

The pre-processing section detects a standard deviation of density levels of the pixels included in each block. The vector quantizing section divides the density levels of the pixels included in each block into a plurality of level sections so as to obtain a code indicating the level section in which the density level of each pixel is included. In the vector quantizing section, the obtained code is again encoded by means of vector quantization.

For this purpose, on a client side, the content of camera control is described in file-transfer protocol description, and the description is transferred to a camera server on the Internet via a browser. The camera server interprets the description, controls a camera in accordance with the designated content, to perform image sensing, and returns the obtained video image as the content of a file to the client. The client performs various controls while observing the video image. When a desired angle has been found, the client instructs to register the angle in a bookmark, then angle information displayed at that time is registered. Thereafter, when the user of the client can see the video image obtained on the same image-sensing conditions by merely select-designating the angle information registered in the bookmark.
