摘要： To achieve miniaturization. A matching circuit is connected to a connection terminal that is one of an input terminal and an output terminal of an amplifier. A mounting substrate has a ground layer. The matching circuit includes a main line, a sub-line, and an IC chip. The main line is formed of a first conductor pattern intersecting a thickness direction of the mounting substrate, and is connected to a connection terminal of the amplifier. The sub-line is formed of a second conductor pattern intersecting the thickness direction of the mounting substrate, and is connected between the main line and the ground layer. The sub-line is opposed to the main line in the thickness direction of the mounting substrate. The IC chip is disposed on the mounting substrate, and includes an adjustment unit that adjusts impedance conversion characteristics of the matching circuit.

摘要： A diversity switch circuit includes first and second switches. The first switch includes a first common terminal connected to a diversity antenna, a first selection terminal connected to a first signal path, and a second selection terminal connected to a second signal path. The second signal path is a path different from the first signal path. The second switch is disposed in the first signal path and includes a second common terminal connected to the first selection terminal and at least two selection terminals. A received signal received by the diversity antenna is transmitted to the first signal path when the first common terminal and the first selection terminal are connected to each other. A sending signal to be sent by the diversity antenna is transmitted to the second signal path when the first common terminal and the second selection terminal are connected to each other.
