摘要： A touch panel (220) acquires position information indicating the position of contact with or approach to an operation surface in every period divided by predetermined intervals. A storage unit (250) stores the position information acquired by the touch panel (220) and information indicating a history of the position information. An action judging unit (230) judges whether or not an action by contact with or approach to the operation surface of the touch panel (220) is a first predetermined action. An operation determining unit (240) determines a start page of automatic page-turning in which display pages of a document to be displayed are changed from one page to another in sequence on the basis of the position information stored in the storage unit (250) and the information indicating the history of the position information when the action judging unit (230) judges that action by the contact with or the approach to the operation surface of the touch panel (220) is the first predetermined action. A display control unit (210) controls the touch panel (220) in order to sequentially change the display page from the start page determined by the operation determining unit (240).
