摘要： A fan motor according to the present invention comprises a rotor 10 which rotates together with a shaft 30; a stator 20 which is installed to be oriented towards the rotor 10; a top-covering bracket 60 which is coupled to an upper insulator 21 and a core 22 constituting the stator 20; a motor bracket 80 which is mounted on a fixed-installation bracket 70 and coupled to the core 22, upper insulator 21 and lower insulator 23 of the stator 20 and a printed circuit board 50; and a sealing element 100 which is filled in a space portion S formed between a lower surface of the printed circuit board 50 coupled to the bottom of the lower insulator 23 and an inner lower surface of the motor bracket 80.

摘要： Disclosed is a fan motor includes: a first bracket having a middle part through which a rotary shaft penetrates and an upper bearing insertion space to which an upper bearing is inserted to support the upper end part of the rotary shaft; an upper felt cover joined to the inside of the first bracket to seal the upper bearing insertion space; a second bracket joined to the upper side of the first bracket, the second bracket having a lower bearing insertion space which is formed at the middle part of the lower side through which the rotary shaft penetrates and to which a lower bearing is inserted to support the lower end part of the rotary shaft; and a lower felt cover joined to the lower side of the second bracket to seal the lower bearing insertion space.

摘要： The present invention relates to a fan motor having a stator core, a rotor and a rotary shaft rotatably coupled to the rotor, the fan motor including: a PCB cover having a bottom portion, an outside wall portion and an inside wall portion; and a PCB coupled to the internal space defined by the bottom portion, the outside wall portion and the inside wall portion of the PCB cover, wherein the stator core has an outer peripheral portion, teeth portions formed radially along the outer peripheral portion and at least one or more protrusion portions formed on the outer peripheral portion, and the PCB cover is thus coupled to the protrusion portions of the stator core.
