In an example implementation, the method may include a network node determining a second time domain resource allocation table and transmitting configuration information to the UE. The method may further include the network node transmitting downlink data to the UE and receiving the one or more ACKs and/or NACKs from the UE in response to the transmitting of the downlink data, the one or more ACKs/NACKs being generated based at least on the second time resource allocation table. Abase station may transmit to a UE a forwarding time parameter for data packet(s) associated with a HARQ process. Once the delivery time has been reached, the UE may forward the data packets to higher protocol layers. This enables efficient jitter control of a data packet flow.
