    • A rolling diaphragm pump that can inhibit an increase in cost with a simple configuration is provided. A rolling diaphragm pump 1 includes: a housing 2; a piston 3 disposed so as to be slidable relative to an inner peripheral surface of the housing 2 and reciprocatable in an axial direction; a rolling diaphragm 4 having a movable portion 41 disposed at one end portion in the axial direction of the piston 3 and reciprocatable together with the piston 3, a fixed portion 42 fixed to the housing 2, and a flexible connecting portion 43 connecting the movable portion 41 and the fixed portion 42 to each other; a pump chamber 5 defined by the rolling diaphragm 4 at one side in the axial direction within the housing 2 and into and from which a transport fluid is sucked and discharged by changing a volume of an interior of the pump chamber 5 by deformation of the connecting portion 43 due to reciprocation of the piston 3; and a working fluid chamber 6 defined by another end portion in the axial direction of the piston 3 at another side in the axial direction within the housing 2 and into and from which a working fluid is supplied and discharged, thereby causing the piston 3 to reciprocate.

    • A diaphragm pump has: a housing; a piston; a shaft; a rolling diaphragm, which is configured so that a lid portion reciprocally moves integrally with the piston; a driving device, which can convert rotational movement of a motor section to linear movement, and output the linear movement from an output axle to the shaft; a guiding member; and a restricting mechanism. The guiding member is placed on another axial end side of an interior of the housing with respect to the piston, attached to the housing, and able to guide the shaft movably in the axial direction. The restricting member is disposed in the housing and between the guiding member and the shaft, and able to restrict rotation of the shaft about the axis while allowing reciprocal movement in the axial direction.

    • An antistatic cover which, when the cover covers an insulating resin-made tube, can enhance the certainty of preventing the tube from being electrically charged, and can facilitate attachment to and detachment from the tube. The tubular cover body, is divided in a circumferential direction to form first and second divided portions. The cover body is elastically deformed such that the first and second divided portions separate from each other, and allow the tube to pass through between the first and second divided portions. The cover body has a plurality of first cutaway portions, which pass through at least one of the first and second divided portions in a radial direction of the cover body, and is configured such that, when the cover body is fitted onto the tube, a part of the tube can be exposed through the plurality of first cutaway portions.
