摘要： An image display apparatus includes: a display screen; an image output unit configured to output an image to the display screen; a region setting unit configured to extract one or more objects included in the image and to set a first region, which is a region corresponding to each of the objects; an operation acquisition unit configured to acquire a coordinate on the display screen that has been designated by a user; and an image zooming unit configured to zoom in the image, which is being displayed, on the basis of the designated coordinate. The image zooming unit zooms in the object included in the first region when the designated coordinate is within the first region.
