摘要： The invention provides an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel and a display device, the array substrate includes a base substrate, and a data line, a switching device and a voltage compensation module arranged on the base substrate, the switching device is connected between the data line and the voltage compensation module so that the data line is electrically connected to the voltage compensation module when a voltage on the data line is lower than a preset low voltage or higher than a preset high voltage. The array substrate uses a PN junction as the switching device between the data line and the voltage compensation module, and due to a low leakage current between a P terminal and an N terminal of the PN junction, the power consumption of the array substrate can be reduced.

The array substrate includes a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of touch sensing units, and each touch sensing unit comprises a touch scanning line, a touch sensing line, a first transistor and a sensing electrode, the touch scanning line is connected with a gate electrode and a drain electrode of the first transistor and the sensing electrode is connected with a source electrode of the first transistor; the touch sensing line and the sensing electrode are provided in different layers, spaced apart by an insulating layer and have an overlapping region. This array substrate decreases areas of non-display regions on the array substrate, increases aperture ratio of the touch screen panel and in turn enhances brightness of the display device.

摘要： Embodiments of the present invention provide an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof and a touch display device. The array substrate comprises multiple data lines, multiple gate lines and multiple thin film transistors. The data lines and the gate lines intersect with each other in different planes to divide the array substrate into multiple pixel units, in each of which a thin film transistor is provided, wherein the array substrate further comprises multiple first touch sensing electrodes and multiple second touch sensing electrodes. The first touch sensing electrodes are provided below active regions of the thin film transistors and also serve as metal shielding layers for blocking light emitted by a backlight source. The first touch sensing electrodes and the second touch sensing electrodes intersect with each other in different planes, and capacitances are formed at intersections of the first touch sensing electrodes and the second touch sensing electrodes.

The first node control unit controls a first node according to a first control signal to put a pulling-up unit in an OFF state; the second node control unit controls a second node according to a second control signal to put a pulling-down unit in an OFF state. During the period that the display screen is powered off, the level at the driving signal output terminal is prevented from being affected by the pulling-up unit through the first node control unit and by the pulling-down unit through the second node control unit, such that thin film transistors connected to a gate line corresponding to the shift register are all turned on and thus accumulated charges can be released rapidly.

The shift register circuit comprises an input module, configured to pull up a potential at a first node; an output module, configured to pull up a potential at an output when the potential at the first node is at a high level; a pull-up module, configured to periodically pull up a potential at the second node by using current from a high-level bias voltage line; a reset module, configured to pull down the potential at the first node under the control of a signal; and a pull-down module, configured to continuously pull down the potential at the second node before the potential at the first node is pulled down, and pull down potentials at the first node and the output when the potential at the second node is at a high level.
