When a response signal transmitted in a first sub-frame is in response to uplink data transmitted in a second sub-frame of a first configuration pattern, and a response signal transmitted in the first sub-frame is in response to uplink data transmitted in a third sub-frame of a second configuration pattern that is set on another terminal for which the configuration pattern setting cannot be changed, a first resource to be allocated to the response signal in the first sub-frame that is transmitted in response to the uplink data transmitted in the second sub-frame from the terminal; is different from a second resource to be allocated to the response signal in the third sub-frame that is transmitted in response to the uplink data transmitted from the another terminal.

摘要： The present invention pertains to a terminal device, which, when ARQ is used for communication that uses an uplink unit band and a plurality of downlink unit bands associated with the uplink unit band, and when a transmission mode that supports up to 2 TB in a PCell is set in the terminal, is capable of reducing the amount of signaling from a base station while eliminating a lack of PUCCH resources when semi-permanent scheduling (SPS) is used in the PCell. A control unit in this device selects one value among values obtained by adding 1 to four PUCCH resource indexes, which have been preset for PUCCH resource 1 by the base station, on the basis of values for transmission power control information (TPC command for PUCCH) in a PDCCH, for which notification has been received at the start of SPS.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for dynamically indicating a TDD reconfiguration to the mobile station by encoding the dynamic TDD re-configuration indication into the DCI or CRC calculated for the DCI. In one embodiment, the TDD configuration indication is implicitly encoded as an RNTI into the CRC, when scrambling the CRC for the DCI with a TDD-RNTI. In another embodiment, the TDD configuration indication is part of the DCI payload, while the CRC for the DCI is scrambled with a cell identifier, identifying the target cell for which the dynamic TDD re-configuration is to be applied. In still another embodiment, the TDD configuration indication is part of the DCI payload, where the DCI payload further includes an invalid parameter indicating to the mobile station that the DCI carries the TDD configuration indication.
