摘要： A dispenser for liquid to pasty substances has a dispenser head and a dispenser body. The dispenser head is movable relative to the dispenser body in a displacement direction for carrying out a pumping movement and is also rotatable relative to the dispenser body. The dispenser has a pump chamber having an inlet valve and an outlet valve. A dispensing tube is provided and is divided into two portions which can move relative to each other and which, as a result, can be moved into a closed position in which the substance cannot be dispensed and into an open position in which the substance can be dispensed. The portions, in order to change between the closed position and the open position, can be moved relative to each other without a relative movement in the displacement direction.

The medium passes through a medium path between the pump chamber and outlet nozzle, additionally, the pump piston forms, in cooperation with a piston rod, an outlet valve and the pump piston can be moved with respect to the piston rod counter to the force of a first spring for actuating the outlet valve, the piston rod can be moved counter to the force of a second spring. Additionally, both springs are arranged outside of the medium path. In order to obtain a compact design, both springs are arranged at a distance from each other, axially independent from the pump position.

In order to favorably design such a dispenser as relates to introducing the dispensing process, it is proposed that the outlet valve (12) of the pump chamber (4) be rigidly coupled with the dispenser head (2), and, when actuated in a first movement segment of the dispenser head that already involves a release of the closure opening (5), a movement into the open position take place, for example the outlet valve (12) enter the pump chamber (4), without otherwise making the pump chamber (4) smaller, at least not significantly.
