摘要： An image display apparatus includes a plurality of light source sections, a light combining section that combines light fluxes, an optical scan section that swings around a first axis and a second axis to deflect a combined light from the light combining section for scanning, and a controller that controls an amplitude of the optical scan section around the first axis to be greater than that of the optical scan section around the second axis, wherein an optical axis of each of the light fluxes from the plurality of light source sections to the optical scan section and the first axis are present in a first plane, the optical scan section has a light reflection surface configured to be perpendicular to the first plane, and the light reflection surface is irradiated with the combined light and traveling in a direction inclined to a normal to the light reflection surface.

摘要： An electronic component handler includes a region where an electronic component placing unit on which an electronic component is placed is capable of being disposed. A transport unit includes a first hand and a second hand for holding and transporting the electronic component. A light irradiation unit is capable of emitting light toward the electronic component placing unit and is capable of adjusting an emitting direction of the light. A capturing unit is capable of capturing an image of the electronic component placing unit irradiated with the light via a space between the first hand and the second hand. A control unit performs determination processing about the presence or absence of the electronic component in the electronic component placing unit based on the image captured by the capturing unit.

The light diffracting section (first diffractive optical element) preferably has a fixed interval between interference fringes, and the light diffracting section (second diffractive optical element) preferably has portions where intervals between interference fringes differ from each other.

摘要： An image display apparatus includes laser light sources, a light combining section that combines laser light from the laser light sources, and an optical scanner that deflects drawing laser light from the light combining section for two-dimensional scanning. The optical axes of the laser light outputted from the laser light sources and directed toward the optical scanner are present in the same plane. Further, the optical scanner has a light reflection surface configured to be perpendicular to the plane when the optical scanner is not driven. The optical scanner deflects the drawing laser light reflected off the light reflection surface for two-dimensional scanning by causing the light reflection surface to swing within the plane and in the direction perpendicular to the plane.
