摘要： An array substrate, display panel, display apparatus, and method for manufacturing the array substrate are provided. Array substrate includes pixel driving circuit and peripheral driving circuit. Array substrate further includes a plurality of thin film transistors including first type of thin film transistor electrically connected into peripheral driving circuit for outputting driving signal and second type of thin film transistor connected to peripheral driving circuit for outputting scanning signal. The thin film transistor includes an active layer of oxide semiconductor including at least one sub-layer. Compared with second type of thin film transistor, active layer of first type of thin film transistor has more sub-layers, and thickness of active layer of first type of thin film transistor is larger. Each sub-layer of the active layer of the second type of thin film transistor is in a same layer as the active layer of the first type of thin film transistor.

摘要： A transparent OLED panel and a display device are provided. The transparent OLED panel includes a cathode layer, which includes a cathode area and a plurality of hollow areas arranged in a matrix. The cathode area includes continuous coverage portions and narrow portions. Each continuous coverage portion includes flat areas arranged along the second direction and strip-shaped protrusion areas extending along the first direction and arranged along the second direction. The transparent OLED panel further includes a plurality of signal lines extending along the first direction. In a direction perpendicular to a plane where the panel is located, an orthogonal projection of the signal lines overlaps with an orthogonal projection of part of the narrow portions and an orthogonal projection of part of the strip-shaped protrusion areas.

The display panel includes a backing substrate, a first active layer arranged over the backing substrate, and a second active layer arranged on a side of the first active layer away from the backing substrate. 摘要： The present disclosure provides an organic electroluminescent display panel including a plurality of pixel cells arranged into a matrix on a base substrate. Each pixel cell includes at least two subpixels arranged next to each other along a first direction. Each subpixel includes a light transmission region, an opaque emission region, and an emission region arranged along a second direction with the opaque emission region being disposed between the light transmission region and the emission region. The second direction and the first direction are perpendicular to each other. For the at least two subpixels in each pixel cell, the opaque emission regions are arranged in one straight line along the first direction, the light transmission regions are arranged in two straight lines along the first direction, and the emission regions are also arranged in the two straight lines along the first direction in which the light transmission regions are arranged.
