摘要： A drive circuit, an organic light-emitting diode display, and methods for fabricating the same are provided. The drive circuit includes: a driving transistor, including a first gate, a first semiconductor layer disposed above the first gate, an etch stopping layer disposed on the first semiconductor layer, and a first source and a first drain which are disposed on the two sides of the first semiconductor layer, the first semiconductor layer being made of oxide semiconductor material; and a switching transistor, including a second gate, a second semiconductor layer disposed above the second gate, and a second source and a second drain which are disposed on two sides of the second semiconductor layer, the second semiconductor layer being made of oxide semiconductor material. In the drive circuit, reliability and uniformity of the drive transistors are improved, and parasitic capacitance of the switching transistor decreases.

The frame region includes multiple bridge pressure sensing units and multiple first heat conductive sheets. Each of the multiple bridge pressure sensing units includes a bridge electrode, a first power supply line electrically connected to a power supply terminal of the bridge electrode, and a detection line electrically connected to a detection terminal of the bridge electrode. Each of the multiple first heat conductive sheets is arranged opposite to the bridge electrode, and a vertical projection of the first heat conductive sheet on the bridge electrode covers the bridge electrode.

The pixel circuit includes a first transistor, controlled by a first driving signal, and which transmits a data signal to the first capacitor. The pixel circuit includes a second transistor, controlled by a second driving signal, and which transmits the data signal to the driving transistor. The pixel circuit includes a third transistor, controlled by the first driving signal, and which transmits a reference signal to the driving transistor. The pixel circuit includes a fourth transistor, controlled by a third driving signal, and which transmits the driving current to the light emitting element. The first capacitor stores the data signal and stabilizes the voltage between the gate and the source of the driving transistor, and the second capacitor stabilizes a source voltage of the driving transistor.

摘要： The embodiment of the disclosure discloses a touch substrate, a touch display panel and a method for calculating touch pressure. The touch substrate comprises at least two semiconductor pressure sensors, a bias voltage applying circuit and a voltage detecting circuit, wherein the bias voltage applying circuit is used for applying bias voltage to each semiconductor pressure sensor; the voltage detecting circuit is used for acquiring strain voltages of each semiconductor pressure sensor. A first straight line connecting the first connecting terminal and the second connecting terminal intersects a second straight line connecting the third connecting terminal and the fourth connecting terminal. According to the technical scheme of the disclosure, the semiconductor pressure sensors can be integrated inside the touch display panel.

摘要： A touch panel and a display device are provided according to the disclosure. The touch panel includes a common electrode and multiple pixel electrodes, and each of the pixel electrodes is short-circuited to the common electrode when the touch panel is powered off. Thus, there is no potential difference between the pixel electrode in each pixel unit and the common electrode, and there is no residual charge between the pixel electrode and the common electrode, after the touch panel is powered off. Therefore, liquid crystal molecules may be twisted in the case that the touch panel is powered off, impurity ions inside the liquid crystal molecules may not be polarized, and may not be attached to an upper substrate and a lower substrate of a touch panel in a long term.
