摘要： The provision of a display panel and a display device that are provided with repair wires for repairing breaks in lead-out wires. Said display panel is provided with a plurality of display elements arrayed in a matrix pattern, a signal input unit to which a signal to be supplied to the display elements is inputted, and a plurality of signal wires connecting the display elements to the signal input unit. At least some of the signal wires are provided with serpentine wire sections in which the wire is laid out in a serpentine manner. The display panel is also provided with repair wires, each of which is laid out so as to intersect a serpentine wire section of a signal wire at at least two points, and an insulating layer provided between the signal wires and the repair wires.

摘要： The active matrix circuit comprises a protection circuit which protects an active element from static electricity. In the protection circuit, a TFT (switching element) is connected via a connection wire between gate wires (signal wires). The connection wire includes a cutoff part, and a mark representing the cutoff part is located. A middle point which is equally distant from two contact holes (connection points) closest to the connection wire is included in a range of the cutoff part. In a case where a defect occurs, the cutoff part of the connection wire connected to the TFT concerned with the defect is cut. The protection circuit is modified by the cutting. The cutoff part is away from the contact hole, thereby preventing an electrically conductive material which disperses from adhering to the contact hole.

摘要： The active matrix circuit comprises a protection circuit which protects an active element from static electricity. Auxiliary capacitor wirings that are signal lines for transmitting a control signal to the auxiliary capacitor are arranged in a row direction. A plurality of the auxiliary capacitor wirings are classified into groups to belong to the same group for every plurality of rows. Each group is provided with a plurality of branch wirings in the columnar direction, the branch wirings being connected to the auxiliary capacitor wires belonging to the same group on points within a pixel region. Further, a stem wiring is connected to supply the plurality of branch wirings with signals. The stem wiring includes unit wirings arranged to be separated in the row direction in the peripheral part on the substrate, and is connected to the plurality of branch wirings belonging to the same group for each unit wiring.

Dummy wiring is arranged at the position on the board adjacent to the outermost scanning signal wiring of a plurality of scanning signal wirings connected to each first supply circuit board. The offset distance from the dummy wiring to the peripheral conductor excluding the scanning signal wiring is longer than the offset distance between the dummy wiring and the scanning signal wiring.
