    • An organic light emitting display device includes a first substrate, an organic light emitting structure, a peripheral circuit, a recess, a black matrix and a polarization structure. The first substrate may include a display region and a peripheral region. The peripheral region may surround the display region or extend along at least one side of the display region. The organic light emitting structure may be disposed over a first face of the first substrate in the display region. The peripheral circuit may be disposed over the first face of the first substrate in the peripheral region. The recess may be disposed on a second face of the first substrate in the peripheral region. The black matrix may be disposed in the recess. The polarization structure may be disposed over the black matrix and the second face of the first substrate.

    • An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display and a method of driving the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the method includes displaying an image on a display panel based at least in part on a first power voltage provided through a first power line and a second power voltage having a first voltage level provided through a second power line. The display panel is configured to receive the first and second power voltages from a power supply unit. The method also includes providing the second power voltage having a second voltage level higher than the first voltage level to the display panel through the second power line, detecting a second power line current flowing through the second power line when the second power voltage has the second voltage level, and turning off the power supply unit when the second power line current is detected.

    • An organic light emitting display that can stably extract information from pixels. A driving method of the organic light emitting display includes: generating first digital values by sensing deterioration information of organic light emitting diodes respectively included in a plurality of pixels coupled to a data line during two or more continuous frame periods; storing the first digital values in a memory; generating second digital values by sensing threshold voltage and mobility information of driving transistors respectively included in the pixels during two or more continuous frame periods; storing the second digital values in the memory; converting input data into calibration data according to the information stored in the memory to display an image having a uniform brightness, irrespective of the deterioration information of the organic light emitting diodes and the threshold voltage and mobility information of the driving transistors; and supplying a data signal in accordance with the calibration data to the data line.
