摘要： A server, upon receiving a request to complete a call over a packet-switched network, looks up an address on the packet-switched network on a local table. If the local table does not contain a matching address, the server asks a routing server to identify a receiving server address. The routing server identifies a suitable address and sends a message to the originating server containing the address. The routing server may consider such factors as the volume of calls currently being handled by various potential receiving servers in selecting a receiving server. The receiving server then receives, via the packet-switched network, a message requesting a telephone connection to a second telephone device. Before completing the connection to the second telephone device, information in the message representing the address of the device on the packet-switched network that originated the message is identified. The address information is compared to selected predetermined addresses for permitted origins of the message. The permitted origins may be other servers or clients of the receiving server. If the address in the message corresponds to a predetermined permitted address, the server will proceed with completion of the call. If the address in the message does not correspond to a predetermined permitted address, the server will refuse to complete the call.

摘要： A telephone call from first telephone device to a second telephone device is initiated by a call directly from the first telephone device to a first gateway. The first gateway receives dialed digits from the second telephone device, identifies an address on a packet switched network of a second gateway associated with the second telephone device, which identified by the dialed digits. The first gateway contacts the second gateway via the packet-switched network. The second gateway initiates a circuit-switched telephone connection to the second telephone device. When a ringing signal or busy signal is received from the second telephone device by the second gateway, the second gateway provides a signal via the packet-switched network to the first gateway. The first gateway provides the corresponding signal to the first telephone device.

摘要： The present invention provides a flat panel display device, which includes a backlight system and a display panel. The backlight system includes a light source, a light homogenization mechanism, and a back frame. The back frame carries the light source and the light homogenization mechanism, and the light homogenization mechanism guides light from the light source into the display panel. The back frame includes primary assembling pieces, secondary assembling pieces, and a bracing piece for fixing a circuit board. The back frame includes a reinforcement structure formed on a joint section of a primary assembling piece so as to make the overall strength of the back frame meeting the required strength. The bracing piece includes a bracing body, a first suspension section, a first bearing section, and a first resilient bent section and the bracing piece overcomes the problem that a circuit board cannot be easily fixed. The present invention also provides a stereoscopic display device and a plasma display device. The present invention has a back frame having a simple structure, reduces the expenditure of the back frame mold, and also saves the material used for back frame so as to lower down the cost of flat panel display device.

With the above arrangement, the present invention provides a reflector plate that has a substrate layer made of foamed plastics in order to increase the stiffness of the reflector plate, reduce the risk that the reflector plate gets easily collapsing after the assembling of the backlight system, and thereby improve the performance of the backlight system.
