摘要： An organic light emitting pixel compensation circuit, an organic light emitting display panel, and a driving method are provided. The organic light emitting pixel compensation circuit includes an external compensation module, which has a data line, a reference voltage line, a reset control line, a first detection control line, a second detection control line, a first input/output terminal, a second input/output terminal, a reset unit, a threshold voltage detection unit, a deterioration voltage detection unit, a data processing unit, and an adder unit. The deterioration compensation for a light emitting element is achieved by detecting and processing an anode voltage at the second input/output terminal to obtain a compensated voltage, and feeding the compensated data voltage back to a gate of a driving transistor via the data line.

The organic light-emitting display panel includes a pixel driving circuit comprising an organic light-emitting element, a driving module, an initialization module, a data write-in module, and a light-emitting control module. The driving module includes a control end, a first end and a second end. The light-emitting control module is configured to transmit a signal to the second end of the driving module. The driving module is configured to drive the organic light-emitting element to emit light based on the signal transmitted by the light-emitting control module. The initialization module is configured to initialize a voltage level of the control end and a voltage level of the first end of the driving module. The data write-in module is configured to write a data signal into the control end of the driving module.

The organic light-emitting pixel driving circuit comprises a light-emitting element, a driving transistor for driving the light-emitting element, an initialization unit, a storage unit, a data write-in unit, and a light-emitting control unit. The initialization unit is configured to transmit a first power supply voltage signal to a gate electrode of the driving transistor and transmit a reference voltage signal to a source electrode of the driving transistor and an anode of the light-emitting element. The storage unit is configured to maintain a voltage signal transmitted to the driving transistor. The data write-in unit is configured to transmit a data voltage signal to the gate electrode of the driving transistor, thus compensating a threshold voltage of the driving transistor. The light-emitting control unit is configured to control the light-emitting element.

The display panel comprises at least one pixel compensation circuit including a voltage adjustment module, a conversion module, a first memory module, and a comparison module; and a plurality of pixel driving circuits each including a data input module, a driving module, a second memory module, a sensing module, and a light-emitting element. The pixel compensation circuit compensates a threshold voltage shift of the pixel driving circuit. The voltage adjustment module has an input terminal connected to a first power supply, and an output terminal connected to an input terminal of the data input module. The data input module has an output terminal connected to a controlling terminal of the driving module, and a controlling terminal connected to a first scanning signal line. The driving module has an output terminal connected to an input terminal of the sensing module.

摘要： An inverter includes first, second, third, fourth, and fifth transistors, and first and second capacitors. The transistors and capacitors are connected in such way that the reverse conduction of the second transistor is prevented through controlling the gate electrode of the second transistor and maintaining the electrical potential at the gate electrode of the fifth transistor by the second capacitor. The electrical potential at the gate electrode of the fifth transistor is maintained stable when a first clock signal changes from high to low (when the first to fifth transistors are NMOS transistors) or from low to high (when the first to fifth transistors are PMOS transistors), so that the output signal of the inverter may not be affected by a change of the first clock signal, thus enabling the inverter to generate a stable output signal and a display panel comprising the inverter to obtain a better display effect.
