摘要： A foldable electric device comprises a first member, a second member and a pivot portion. The pivot portion is used to pivot the first member and the second member. The first member comprises a first cushion pad and a first magnetic component. The first cushion pad is retractably disposed on a surface of the first member. The first magnetic component is installed in the first member, and synchronously moves with the first cushion pad. The second member comprises a second magnetic component. When the first member and the second member are covered together, with the magnetic effect between the first magnetic component and the second magnetic component, the first cushion pad is linked by the first magnetic unit to protrude from or retract into the first member.

摘要： A portable computer and a hinge mechanism thereof are provided. The portable computer includes a display monitor, a host and a hinge mechanism. The hinge mechanism for rotating the display monitor and the host relatively includes a bottom board, a pivot, a power adapter, a locking bracket, a slanting board and a parallel board. The pivot is disposed on the bottom board. Two ends of the pivot are connected with the host and the display monitor respectively. The power adapter is disposed on the bottom board. The locking bracket having a locking hole is disposed on the bottom board. The slanting board disposed on the bottom board slants to the pivot. The battery includes a restraining protrusion. The host has a receiving through. The locking mechanism is disposed in the receiving through. The locking mechanism includes a main body and a locking protrusion. The main body has a first restraining concave and a second restraining concave. The locking protrusion is connected to the main body. When the restraining protrusion is placed in the first restraining concave, the locking protrusion is locked in the locking hole, so that the battery is locked in the receiving through. When the restraining protrusion is placed in the second restraining concave, the locking protrusion leaves the locking hole, so that the battery is dismounted from the receiving through.

摘要： A locking device suitable to lock a locking hole is disclosed. The locking device includes a body having a first locking portion, a locking element suitable to rotate between a first position and a second position, and an elastic element. The locking element includes a connecting portion passing through the body, a second locking portion connected to an end of the connecting portion, and an operating portion connected to another end of the connecting portion. An end of the elastic element is fixed at the body and another end thereof is fixed at the operating portion. The elastic element is elastically compressed between the body and the operating portion. When the locking device is located at the first position, the second locking portion is suitable to lock the locking hole. When the locking element is located at the second position, the second locking portion does not lock the locking hole.
