    • A suction device for catching, for example, insects includes a piston arranged for axial movement in the axial direction inside a housing having a suction tube, and a spring attached between the piston and the suction tube. A locking member releasably locks with a latching member when the suction tube is moved in the axial direction against the piston. A trigger is actuated from outside the housing to release the latching member of the piston from the locking member of the suction tube. A spring force from the spring then causes the piston to move away from the suction tube toward the rear wall of the housing, producing a vacuum inside the housing which draws in the insects, spiders and other small animals.

    • The device according to the invention for catching insects, spiders and other small animals of this type by means of a pulsating suction unit contains a cylindrical housing part (2), a piston (4), a suction tube (3) and a compression spring (5). The compression spring (1) is arranged between the piston (4) and the suction tube (3) in the interior of the cylindrical housing part (2). The suction tube (3), which is operatively connected to the piston (4) via the compression spring (5), is guided displaceably in the axial direction and movably in a feedthrough (9) in the front wall (6) of the cylindrical housing part (2). On the suction-pipe side, the piston (4) has latching means which are provided for latching and locking in a holding device (16) arranged for this purpose in the bottom part of the suction tube (3), and which can be unlocked via a trigger (10) which can be operated from the outside. In order to actuate the pulsating suction unit (1), the suction tube (3) is pushed into the cylinder until the piston (4) arrives in the holding device (16) in the bottom part (7) of the suction tube (3). To trigger a catching operation, the suction tube (3) is brought by the piston (4) into the triggering position. Actuation of the trigger (10) unlocks the piston (4). The compression spring (5) firstly causes the suction tube (3) to be pushed even further out of the cylinder until the bottom part of the suction tube (3) is on the inside of the front cylinder wall (6), and, secondly, the piston (4) to be pressed in the direction of the cylinder base (8), thus producing a negative pressure in the cylinder interior between the piston (4) and the bottom part (7) of the suction tube (3). The resultant stream of air sucks an insect located in front of the suction tube into the suction tube.

    • The invention relates to a device for carrying a wind instrument. The device comprises a Y-shaped frame having two arms (2, 2′) extending upward, which are arcuate at the free ends (9) of the arms, and a third arm extending downward, which forms a support (4). The two arms (2, 2′) and the support (4) converge in a connecting element (3) and are connected to each other there. The arms (2, 2′) can be designed as one piece together with the support (4) and the connecting element (3) in order to form a unit, or the arms (2, 2′) can be connected to the connecting element (3) in an insertable or pivotable manner. A retaining element (5) for hanging the wind instrument (17) is provided on the connecting element (3).
