摘要： The present invention addresses the problem of providing a molding method capable of molding a molded article having excellent strength and reducing manufacturing costs by shortening a molding cycle when obtaining a molded article from a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin by compression molding. The present invention relates to a molding method which obtains a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin by kneading a thermoplastic resin and a reinforcing fiber (14), and a molded article from the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin by compression molding. The molding method of the molded article comprising the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin according to the present invention comprises: a molding step for obtaining a first molded article from a predetermined amount of a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin through a molding die (4); a carrying-in step for opening the molding die (4), taking out the first molded article, and inserting the first molded article into a cooling die (5); and a compression cooling step for cooling the first molded article by compressing the first molded article through the cooling die (5).

摘要： The method for attaching a thin cylindrical element to a mold core is a method for attaching a film-like thin cylindrical element, which is formed in a cylindrical shape having a constant cross-sectional shape, to an outer surface of a mold core in a manner so as to cover the mold core. The method includes pressing the thin cylindrical element onto a tip portion of the mold core; guiding the thin cylindrical element to the base end side of the mold core while ejecting gas into between the mold core and the thin cylindrical element; and attaching the thin cylindrical element to the outer surface of the mold core in a manner so as to cover the mold core.

摘要： [Problem] To provide an injection apparatus including a flow path switching mechanism that is simple in construction and low in cost.[Solution] An injection apparatus (1) includes a plasticization device (2) for melting resin, a first and second plunger injection devices (4, 5) for measuring an amount of resin and injecting the resin, an injecting portion (8), and a flow path switching block (7) that connects the plasticization device, the first and second plunger injection devices and the injecting portion together. A first to fourth connecting flow paths (23a, 23b) and a flow path switching valve (21) are provided in the flow path switching block (7). The plasticization device (2), the first plunger injection device (4), the injecting portion (8) and the second plunger injection device (5) are connected to the first to fourth connecting flow paths (23a, 23b), respectively. When the flow path switching valve (21) is switched to a first position, the first and second connecting flow paths (23a, 23b) communicate with each other, and the third and fourth connecting flow paths (23c, 23d) communicate with each other, whereas when the flow path switching valve (21) is switched to a second position, the first and fourth connecting flow paths (23a, 23d) communicate with each other and the first and third connecting flow paths (23b, 23c) communicate with each other.

摘要： An apparatus for manufacturing a molded product, which has a highly homogeneous thin film, at low cost by operating an injection molding machine and a film forming device at a high rate of operation is provided. A molded product formed by an injection molding machine is conveyed to a temporary stage by a first conveying device. The molded products corresponding to several times of an injection molding step are pooled on the temporary stage by the repetition of an injection molding step. A second conveying device collectively conveys all the molded products, which are pooled on the temporary stage, to a film forming device. Films are formed on the molded products by the film forming device, and the molded products are conveyed to the outside by a third conveying device. The injection molding step is continuously performed while a film forming step is performed.
