摘要： For the first type of display pixel, a display device determines a luminance value assigned from a first frame pixel to the green subpixel, a luminance value assigned from the first frame pixel to each of the two red subpixels to be a value lower than a luminance value for one red subpixel, and a luminance value assigned from the first frame pixel to each of the two blue subpixels to be a value lower than a luminance value for one blue subpixel. In each pair consisting of two adjacent pixel rows, each pixel of the first color in first pixel row of the pair of the two pixel rows is located at the center in the first direction between pixels of the first color adjacent to each other in a second pixel row of the pair of the two pixel rows. The shortest distance between perimeters of a first pixel and a second pixel of the same color which is closest to the first pixel in an adjacent pixel row is a distance between a point where a line connecting the centroid of the first pixel and the centroid of the second pixel intersects with opposed sides of the first pixel and the second pixel.

摘要： A method of manufacturing an OLED display deposits an OLED material onto an electrode surface of a substrate through a mask while moving a linear source having nozzles in a first direction. The mask has holes in a surface facing the linear source. Each hole has a first opening and a larger second opening located between the first opening and the linear source. θT D1×tan θM are satisfied. D1 is a distance from the first opening to the electrode surface. θM is the largest incident angle in the first direction of the OLED material. SX is a distance in the first direction from an edge of the first opening to an adjacent sub-pixel electrode. θT is a taper angle defined by a line connecting the edge of the first opening and the edge of the second opening and the first direction.

摘要： An OLED display device includes a substrate, subpixel lines on the substrate and an applied-material separation layer on the substrate. Each of the subpixel lines includes subpixels of the same color disposed along a first axis. The applied-material separation layer has application separation openings. Each of the application separation openings includes subpixels of the same color that are consecutive in one subpixel line. Within each application separation opening, organic light-emitting films of the subpixels of the same color are connected by an organic light-emitting film made of the same material as material of the organic light-emitting films of the subpixels. Banks between application separation openings in each of the subpixel lines are different in position from banks between application separation openings in an adjacent subpixel line when seen along a second axis perpendicular to the first axis.
