摘要： Provided are a radio transmission device and a radio transmission method which can suppress lowering of the throughput caused by switching between the single carrier communication method and the multi-carrier communication method while suppressing increase of the signaling amount. A PHR threshold value setting unit (116) sets a threshold value Y1 at a position greater by a predetermined value than the PHR at which the throughput performance of the SC-FDMA coincides with that of the OFDMA. 摘要： A scheduling apparatus and a scheduling method, wherein the amount of signaling for frequency resource allocation information can be reduced while maintaining system throughput performance. In a base station apparatus (100), a scheduling section (113) allocates frequency resources to frequency allocation target terminals based on set frequency allocation units, and a frequency allocation parameter setting section (112) adjusts the set frequency allocation units set in the scheduling section (113) based on cluster numbers. Due to this, in each cluster number, frequency resources can be allocated based on the most suitable frequency allocation units with respect to the signaling bit number. As a result, the amount of signaling for frequency resource allocation information can be reduced. Further, system throughput can be maintained by making the cluster number, which is a parameter having little effect on system throughput, a setting parameter for frequency allocation units.

When control information outputted from a decoding unit (204) contains NACK and retransmission Grant, a retransmission resource check unit (205) determines that the resource indicated by the retransmission Grant is the retransmission resource. Moreover, when no retransmission Grant is detected and the initial transmission is a wideband transmission, the retransmission resource check unit (205) determines that no retransmission resource exists and instructs an RB allocation unit (209) to stop retransmission. In a base station device (100), a scheduling unit (113) selects, as an allocation resource for a terminal to which resources are to be allocated, at most one cluster band in each of a plurality of allocatable ranges set within a system band and generates allocation resource information including information relating to the selected cluster, and an encoding unit (114), a modulation unit (115), and a transmission RF unit (116) which serve as a transmission means transmit the allocation resource information generated by the scheduling unit (113) to the terminal to which the resources are to be allocated. Among the plurality of allocatable ranges, a first allocatable range is the entire system band, while a second allocatable range is a low frequency-side band or a high frequency-side band when the system band is divided into halves.
