The beam splitting module includes a plurality of aperture stop sub-regions, and the beam splitting module separates a plurality of image sub-beams of the image beam irradiating these different aperture stop sub-regions. These image sub-beams respectively propagate towards different directions after travelling to these aperture stop sub-regions.
