The method comprises: broadcasting one or more threshold values enabling the wireless devices to determine fulfillment of one or more criteria for selecting a contention based random access preamble either from a first preamble group or from a second preamble group for use in a contention based random access procedure; transmitting to a selected wireless device one or more threshold values using dedicated signaling, the one or more threshold values sent in the dedicated signaling overriding a corresponding broadcasted threshold value and being set so that the wireless device fulfills the criteria to select a preamble from the first preamble group, wherein the threshold values sent on the dedicated signaling differ from the broadcast threshold values; and prioritizing preambles of the first preamble group over preambles of the second preamble group.

摘要： A method and apparatus for dynamically allocating a time delay indicator value and/or random access parameters for sending to a mobile terminal during a Random Access procedure. The time delay indicator value indicates a time delay during which the mobile terminal is restricted from attempting a further Random Access procedure. At least one factor relating to monitored network conditions is determined. The time delay indicator value and/or other random access parameters are allocated on the basis of the factor. The time delay indicator value and/or random access parameters are then sent to the mobile terminal. This ensures that time delay indicator values can be dynamically adjusted depending on network conditions.

摘要： The present invention relates to methods and arrangements in an MPLS-TP network. comprising a plurality of interconnected routers configured for MPLS-TP, wherein at least a first router is defined as an originating Maintenance End Point, MEP, a second router is defined as a targeting MEP and the third router is defined as a Maintenance Intermediate Point, MIP. The basic idea of the present invention is to associate a table with each MIP and MEP, wherein the tables comprises information related to the MEPs of the MPLS-TP network and the information from the tables is inserted in the reply packets and forwarded packets. By using this information, the OAM packets can find the subsequent MIP or MEP and failure localization may be performed.

摘要： For controlling random access individually for a given sector of a cell (10), a transmission delay of a backhaul connection (B1, B2, B3, B4) of a radio station (200-1, 200-2, 200-3, 200-4) serving the sector of the cell (10) is determined. Depending on the transmission delay, at least one time window is determined. The at least one time window defines a maximum allowed time between two messages of a random access procedure. The at least one time window is indicated via the radio station (200-1, 200-2, 200-3, 200-4) to one or more user equipments (50-1, 50-2, 50-3) in the cell (10). For this purpose, sector individual system information may be transmitted via different radio stations (200-1, 200-2, 200-3, 200-4) of the cell.
