    • A method of an access point is disclosed. The access point is adapted to communicate (using a frequency bandwidth comprising one or more sub-bands) with wireless communication devices associated with the access point. Each of the wireless communication devices is adapted to operate under at least one of first and second latency requirements, wherein the first latency requirement is lower than the second latency requirement. Each of the wireless communication devices is also adapted to use a listen-before-talk approach (e.g. carrier sense multiple access with collision avoidance—CSMA/CA) to access a sub-band for transmission. The method comprises (for each of the sub-bands) allowing at most one wireless communication device operating under the first latency requirement to attempt accessing the sub-band and (for each sub-band where a wireless communication device operating under the first latency requirement is allowed to attempt accessing the sub-band) allowing also one or more wireless communication device operating under the second latency requirement to attempt accessing the sub-band. The method also comprises enforcing a maximum duration of time for each transmission of a wireless communication device operating under the second latency requirement using a sub-band where a wireless communication device operating under the first latency requirement is allowed to attempt accessing the sub-band, wherein the maximum duration of time is based on the first latency requirement. Corresponding method for a wireless communication device, arrangements, access point, wireless communication device and computer program products are also disclosed.

    • An access point device comprising a transceiver configured to receive and send messages on a communication channel, and a controller configured to cause the transceiver to transmit beacon messages regularly on the communication channel is disclosed. The beacon messages include a first indication that data, for one or more stations arranged to communicate with the access point device over the communication channel, is buffered in a buffer associated with the access point device when data is buffered in the buffer. The transceiver is arranged to transmit at least one utility message, transmitted over the communication channel between transmissions of the beacon messages, wherein the at least one utility message comprises a second indication for at least one of the one or more stations as to whether an upcoming beacon message comprises the first indication that data for the at least one of the one or more stations is buffered in the buffer. The station is arranged to communicate over the communication channel with the access point device, and arranged to apply a power save mode including a Doze state and an Awake state, wherein, when the station is in the Doze state, the station occasionally enters the Awake state for determining whether data for the station is buffered in the buffer and then re-enters the Doze state if no data for the station is indicated to be buffered in the buffer. The station is arranged to perform the re-entering to the Doze state at the first found one of the first indication and the second indication that indicates that no data for the station is buffered in the buffer. Methods and computer programs for the station and the access point device are also disclosed.

    • A method of a wireless terminal configured to operate in a wireless network using at least one wideband channel is disclosed.The wireless terminal is configured to operate in a narrowband within the wideband channel. The network comprises at least one other wireless terminal configured to operate in the entire wideband channel, and at least one access point (AP). The AP is configured to support transmission and reception over the entire wideband channel, wherein the wideband channel is dividable into a plurality of resource units.The method comprises receiving a trigger from the AP, wherein the trigger comprises an indication of a first resource unit and a second resource unit of the plurality of resource units on which the AP will transmit data intended to the wireless terminal using a dual carrier modulation (DCM) transmission and measuring a signal quality of the first and second resource units by measuring, in a frequency of the wideband channel which corresponds to the first and second resource unit, a reception quality of data transmitted from the AP to the at least one other wireless terminal.The method also comprises determining which of the first and second resource units has a highest signal quality based on the measured signal quality and receiving the DCM-transmission on the resource unit determined to have the highest signal quality.Also disclosed is an arrangement of a wireless terminal and an access point, a method of an access point, an access point, a wireless terminal and a computer program product.
